Click on the "Sign in" link on this website and then select the "Sign Up" option. You will be required to provide a contact email address, first and last name, a password, and your telephone number. Once you have signed up you will receive an email at your contact address and be asked to confirm. Once you have confirmed, that's it, you are now ready to bid on any item you choose.

Make sure you have signed in and then navigate to the "Recently Added" page. Click on an item on which you wish to place a bid. You will then be taken to a bidding page and you will have the option to enter the amount you wish to bid under the prompt "Your bid:" and then click on the "Bid" button. You should immediately see the page refresh and above the auction item you will note a green tick and the words "You have successfully bid". Also, the "Current bid:" amount will be updated to reflect your bid.

An email advising that you are successful will be sent to your contact email.

The email confirming that you have won an auction will contain a link which leads to a payment page where you will be prompted to enter your card details.

Items can be collected from Custom House, 131 Front Street, 1st Floor, Hamilton, HM 12. Please bring the confirmation email with you when collecting your item(s). We are unable to deliver items at this time.
